The special order/reservation fee policy of Korea Teacup Puppies is as follows:

A custom order is a service where a pet is sought out according to the client’s specifications, whether it be color, breed, gender, etc.

Because dogs (cats) are living creatures, it is not easy to find an animal that perfectly fits certain criteria, but we will try our best to find a similar animal.

- Clients can see our dogs (cats) through our website and SNS.

- If there is a dog (cat) you like, you can confirm the animal as yours, 

after consulting one of our employees and paying the reservation fee (50% of the purchasing price). 

After the reservation fee is received, we will not show the selected dog (cat) to other clients.

- After this, the dog (cat) is confirmed as belonging to you.
